Shawn Adams
BA(Hons) MA(RCA) ARB
Shawn Adams is an architect, writer, and lecturer. Currently teaching at Central St Martins and the Architectural Association, Adams is also a design examiner at Oxford Brookes University. He has extensive experience planning, coordinating, and delivering workshops at primary school, secondary school and university level.
Shawn has previously worked across masterplanning and regeneration projects in Wandsworth Borough Council, Southwark Council and Barking and Dagenham Council and has delivered several internship programmes. He is also on the Advisory Board of Open City’s Accelerate programme which is a free initiative that provides education and mentoring to young people from underrepresented backgrounds.Â
Shawn is a mentor on the Ardagh Young Creatives Programme which aims to introduce young people aged from 14-16 from under-represented backgrounds to design, engineering, and the creative world. Adams is also a well-published writer and has written for the Financial Times, Wallpaper*, VICE, Architects’ Journal, and ICON.Â
LARRY BOTCHWAY

Larry Botchway is an architect, tutor and engagement specialist with experience in a variety of sectors. He has significant experience in placemaking, designing buildings and developing urban strategies, with particular experience working with public sector clients, across the UK, including Hackney Council, Southwark Council, Lambeth Council, Bexley Council and Basildon Council.
Having worked at We Made That, Haworth Tompkins Architects and Perpendicular Architecture, Botchway has notable experience working with cultural institutions, such as TATE, LW Theatres, London Theatre Company. He has experience working with artists and has collaborated with international research collectives such as Feral Atlas. Larry is on the board of trustees for School SOS, a Nomadic Not-For-Profit Critical Design School that seeks to challenge modes of delivering Higher Education in the UK.
Botchway is also an Associate of the Quality of Life Foundation which is an UK charity committed to improving people’s quality of life by changing the way the housing industry and government acquires, plans, designs builds and manages homes and neighbourhoods.
MATT HARVEY
BSC(Hons) ACCA
Matt Harvey has extensive experience working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple stakeholder needs whilst meeting hard deadlines. Harvey is a commercial finance analyst at the Financial Times and has experience partnering with key stakeholders across the business to help with forecasting, business planning, and driving strategy.Â
Harvey has experience budgeting and managing the annual profit and losses. He also has experience building finance models, tracking sales performance, revenue performance and other relevant key performance indicators.Â
As an ACCA-qualified accountant, Harvey has experience working with various companies which include thought leadership businesses, content creation organisations, and fashion brands. He also works closely with the ACCA to help promote accountancy as a profession to young people from underrepresented communities. Harvey has worked on developing several student programmes that aim to champion and upskill young people.
BEN SPRY

Ben Spry is an architect, tutor and public speaker. He has experience delivering healthcare schemes, social housing and cultural centers. Having worked across the London boroughs of Camden, Southwark, Hackney, Brent, Merton and Bexley, Spry has notable experience working on various different architecture projects. He has also delivered several co-design projects and creative workshops across England.Â
Spry's previous experience includes working at architecture practices which include Fleet Architects, MUF, GortScott and Karakusevic Carson Architects. He has taught at the Architectural Association, participated in crits and talks at universities such as the Royal College of Art, Ravensbourne University and the University of Portsmouth. Spry has also been a part of groups such as the Architects Climate Action Network as a team leader spreading climate awareness within the construction industry and to the younger generation.
